Dissolution
1. In case of dissolution of the Foundation, all assets remaining after settlement of liabilities shall be transferred to another non-profit organization having similar objectives in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
2. Dissolution shall require approval of the General Body according to applicable law.
Interpretation
1. The Executive Committee shall have authority to interpret the Constitution and By-laws where necessary.
2. In case of ambiguity, the decision of the General Body shall be final.
