Publications

1 . The Foundation may publish journals, newsletters, bulletins, technical documents, or online publications.

2. Publications shall be supervised by the Publication and Media Committee or authorized personnel.

Code of Ethics and Discipline

1. All members shall maintain professional ethics, integrity, and GMP-compliant behavior.

2. Any unethical, illegal, or harmful activity shall be subject to disciplinary action.

3. The accused member shall be given opportunity for explanation before disciplinary action is finalized.

Amendment of Constitution and By-laws

1. Amendments may be proposed by the Executive Committee or General Body members.

2. Any amendment shall require approval by at least three-fifths (3/5) majority of members present in the General Body Meeting.

3. At least twenty-one (21) days prior notice shall be provided before amendment voting.

4. The proposed amendments shall not be in conflict with the basic objectives of the Society as stated in the existing Constitution and Bylaws.

5. The Executive Committee may amend any Bylaws and implement these. However, these amendments would require approval by the General Body at the next AGM.
