Election
- Elections shall be held every two (2) years through the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
- An Election Commission or Election Management Committee shall be formed by the Executive Committee.
- Elections may be conducted through physical ballot, online voting, or hybrid methods.
- Only active/paid members with cleared dues shall have voting rights.
- In case of vacancy, the Executive Committee may nominate a replacement until the next election.


Meetings
- Executive Committee meetings shall be held at least once every month. A show cause letter will be given if absent from 3 consecutive meetings.
- The Annual General Meeting (AGM) shall be held once every year.
- Emergency meetings may be called by the President or General Secretary when necessary.
- Notice of meetings shall be communicated to members in advance.
- Fifty percent (50%) of Executive Committee members shall constitute quorum for Executive Committee meetings.
- The meeting, at which the audited statement of accounts, including balance sheet and Annual Report regarding the activities of the Foundation, duly approved by the Executive Committee, will be presented, shall be called the Annual General Meeting.
- An Extraordinary General Meeting may be requisitioned, giving in writing the specific matter to be discussed to the Secretary General, signed by not less than one-third members in good standing. The meeting shall be arranged within 30 days of receiving such requisition.
